Q What deposit is required?
A 30% of the total amount payable when booking
Q When is the balance due?
A 8 weeks prior to the 1st day of occupation
Q How can I pay the deposit and balance payment?
A Personal cheque, or bank transfer, in either sterling or euro, debit card
(switch, delta, electron & solo) and credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Q Is there a charge for paying by Credit Card?
A Unfortunately yes, 3% surcharge has to be added on to your payments to
cover administration costs.
Q Where is the nearest airport?
A Malaga airport is the main airport for Nerja.
Q How far are the destinations from the airport?
A Nerja - Approx 45 minutes
Q Do you supply directions?
A Yes, directions are supplied to all our properties along with details of
key collection points.
Q Can you help arrange car hire / transfers?
A Yes, we offer competitive car hire through very reliable companies. We can
also help arrange taxi or mini bus transfers for most of our properties.
Q What is the minimum rental period?
A There is no minimum stay period but our minimum charge is 7 days rental
although, some properties may offer discounts for less than 7 days. In the main,
the rental period is Saturday to Saturday.
Q Do you offer long term / winter lets?
A Yes, between November and March. Many properties offer excellent discounts
for this period and we would be happy to recommend suitable properties for
winter stays.
Q How often is the property cleaned?
A The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and not cleaned again until
departure. Linen will be changed once a week unless otherwise stated. If linen
is not changed once a week there will be a spare set at the property. We can
provide interim cleaning services if required.
Q Are towels provided?
A Yes, but not beach towels (unless stated). These will be changed once a
week unless otherwise stated. If towels are not changed once a week there will
be a spare set at the property.
Q Can I hire a cot or highchair?
A Yes, cots, highchairs, z beds, fans and even wheelchairs can be rented or
in some accommodations they are free of charge.
Q Are there many places to eat?
A Yes, there is a fantastic range of places to eat with a wide variety of
choice and price range.
Q What can we do while we are in Nerja?
A The location is noted for its beaches and quiet ambience. Within easy
reach are the Nerja Caves and the village of Maro. Look out for the Aguila
Aqueduct and the picturesque village of Frigliana in the hills. A little further
away visit Granada, Seville, Gibraltar and Ronda.
